Please be informed of the following important notice about the check-in at the 10th IAF congress in Tanabe.
Please be informed that the check-in will be carried out according to your registration number which is shown in your invoice. Registration number is very important when you join the seminar, get on the bus and join all activities, so do not forget it. ID card will be provided when you check-in and the number is printed on it.
For those who arrive at Tanabe before October 5th, no transportation will be provided at all, so please come to each accommodation place by yourself.
Our staff member visits your accommodation place in the evening on 4th for your check-in so please meet us and finish your check-in so that you do not have to come to Nanki Sports Center on 5th.
For those who arrive at Tanabe after 6th, also come to your accommodation place directly by yourself. You can receive your ID card and all necessary information at your accommodation place.
All those who arriving on 5th in Tanabe are required to come to Nanki Sports Center first for your check-in at the congress.
At Kansai International Airport on 5th.
Direct Bus transportation to Nanki Sports Center will be prepared so please get a ride on it if it meet on your arrival. The cost is 3,000JPY/person.
Bus transportation will be provided only in the morning and the sheet is limited so if you can not take the bus, please take JR line to come to Tanabe Station. Our staff member is waiting at the airport so please ask the details.
At JR Tanabe station on 5th.
Free bus transportation to Nanki Sports Center will be provided. Our staff member is waiting so please ask the details.
At Nanki Shirahama Airport on 5th.
Bus transportation to JR Tanabe Station is available. The cost is about 700JPY.
Please ask the details to our staff member.
At Nanki Sports Center on your arrival.
Please pay the bus charge and check-in according to your registration number. Our staff member will explain about the schedule and other matters of the congress.
After the registration, free bus transportation from the Center to your accommodation place will be provided.
